Job Description:

• Teach assigned courses across undergraduate and postgraduate programs with a strong focus on academic excellence.
• Guide, mentor, and support students both inside and outside the classroom.
• Prepare students for placements and interviews with external organizations.
• Plan and deliver learning and development initiatives to enhance student skills and employability.
• Actively contribute to research by publishing papers in reputed journals and developing case studies in the relevant domain.
• Support admission and placement activities of the institution.
• Manage academic administration tasks such as examinations, scheduling, and curriculum coordination.
• Undertake additional academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the institution from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline (Thesis Submitted/Awarded) from reputed or premier universities.
• Must have academic background from reputed institutions, preferably with international (abroad) education exposure.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching and/or industry experience.
• Strong research orientation with publications in recognized journals.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English).
