The Phonics Teacher will plan and deliver structured phonics lessons for young learners, using interactive and multisensory methods to build letter recognition, sound awareness, and early reading skills. Daily tasks include preparing lesson materials, teaching live or recorded online classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to families or caregivers. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with the academy's team, participating in periodic training or planning sessions, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience working with young learners.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design structured, engaging phonics activities.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.Candidates should possess Training experience or a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.Relevant experience in early childhood education or primary teaching, especially in phonics or literacy.Ability to manage remote teaching tools and online classroom platforms.Patience, cultural sensitivity, and a supportive approach to diverse learners.A relevant teaching qualification or certification in education or early childhood studies is preferred.
