Role Description The Assistant Interior Designer will support senior designers in developing concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial interiors. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara includes assisting with space planning, preparing mood boards, sourcing materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E selections. The role involves creating and updating construction drawings, assisting with site measurements, and supporting site visits to monitor progress and quality. The Assistant Interior Designer will help prepare client presentations, maintain project documentation, and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants. The position requires close coordination with the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with MM Interior Studio's design standards. Qualifications

Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to support functional, aesthetic, and user-focused layouts.Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to assist in preparing accurate plans, sections, and details.Experience or familiarity with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.Ability to use design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic graphic/presentation tools.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and project deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, team members, vendors, and contractors.Diploma or bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.Willingness to visit project sites regularly and learn from hands-on project execution.
