Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Articled Assistant will engage in tasks involving statutory audits, tax audits, and financial statement preparation. Responsibilities also include assessing compliance with tax regulations, assisting with internal audits, and supporting documentation for financial reporting.

The role provides hands-on exposure to various domains of accounting, audit, taxation, compliance, GST, ROC, fund raising advisory offering a comprehensive learning environment. QualificationsAccounting and taxation skills, including financial statement preparation and compliance with tax regulationsAudit skills such as statutory audits, internal audits, and tax auditsAnalytical and research skills with attention to detail in assessing financial dataExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsProficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft OfficeEnrollment in ICAI Articleship program is requiredAbility to work efficiently in a team-oriented environmentPrior experience or exposure to accounting and compliance is a plus
