What you need

to be successful To thrive as a Speech Therapist at American Premier Home Health, a diverse skill set is essential. A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required, along with an active state licensure or certification (CCC-SLP preferred). Candidates should possess at least two years of

experience

in speech therapy, ideally with one year in a home health or similar setting, showcasing the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively. Clinical expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders is crucial, alongside proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques and individualized care planning. Exceptional interpersonal and communication
