Job Description
Role: Project Leader Duration: 7 Months Location: Charlotte, NC - This is a HYBRID position requiring 2 in-office days at local Client office per week. Description: As a Project Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to product managers, portfolio owners, and senior leaders. This role is pivotal in driving successful delivery of complex, high-impact financial solutions across multiple agile teams.
You will combine strong leadership, technical fluency, and domain expertise to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and stakeholder engagement. While your primary responsibility is not coding, you must possess the ability to set engineering delivery standards, manage technology artifacts such as design documents manage interdependence and delivery risks. • Act as a trusted advisor to Product Leadership, streamline communications, protect focus, and enable clear decisions. • Continual strategy setting and evaluation of delivery team structure in alignment with firm need • Build strong partnerships and relationships with Business, Product Team, QA, UX, PMO and Enterprise Architecture • Drive intake from idea to backlog (Epics/Features) • Enforce best practices in tooling and operations. • Bring strong understanding of project / team financials, budget management MBA or graduate degree a plus. • Project management certification (PMP) a plus. • Agile certification a plus.
