About the Position

We are seeking a Telehealth Cognitive Care Neurologist to deliver expert, compassionate care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through a fully virtual model, expanding access to specialized neurology care nationwide. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. You will also serve as a clinical leader, supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring compliance with clinical and telehealth standards.
