16-bed Emergency Department Over 19,000 annual ED visits Team-based model with 6 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers Broad case mix serving a diverse patient population Strong multidisciplinary support, including specialists, imaging, and ancillary services Culture of collaboration with physicians supporting one another in shift coverage Regular monthly meetings (remote and in-person) to promote communication and engagement Schedule & Work-Life Balance Flexible scheduling Shift times: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Full-time commitment: 120 hours per month Emphasis on sustainable workloads and physician well-being
