About the Position

Position: Emergency Medicine Physician (Permanent Night Shifts) We are seeking a highly qualified Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent position specializing in night shifts. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions. Triage patients efficiently, prioritize care, and manage patient flow during night shifts (hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, technicians, and other healthcare providers, to deliver seamless patient care.

Make rapid, accurate clinical decisions and document patient encounters thoroughly. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and licensing regulations. Demonstrate supervision and leadership where required, mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine. Current valid medical license to practice medicine in California; candidates willing to obtain CA licensure are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated

experience

in emergency medicine, ideally in a hospital setting. Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle a diverse range of acute cases. Strong communication
