Requirements
Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program with either an Associate's degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Physical Therapy Association, Inc. Physical Therapy Assistant license in North Dakota American Heart Association (BLS-CPR)
Must have
valid driver's license (AUTO:ND) & auto liability (AUTO-INS) insurance according to company policy Preferred Home health
