About the Position
AFC Urgent Care - Burlington / Stoneham / Waltham / Bedford - Full Time | 6, 10, and 12 Hour Shifts Available ( 24 hours a week minimum for Part-time) Employed New Graduates Welcome to Apply Average Patients seen: 4 patients per hour Call Schedule: No Call
Compensation
Earning Potential up to 50,000 annually. - We offer an hourly patient volume incentive bonus for all Providers and an hourly solo bonus for NPs and PAs who are able to work solo shifts.

experience
preferred, will accept those with prior ICU/ER
experience
as an RN -Accepting new graduates who are proficient in UC procedures such as suturing, EKG, splinting, X-rays, etc. -Team-Oriented: Willing to work every other full weekend (Sat/Sun) and proportional holidays as part of the provider rotation -Must already be board-certified and licensed in MA NEW GRADUATE SUPPORT: New grads receive strong initial support but must quickly become efficient and confident in independent decision-making. After training, they'll serve as the float or second provider in busy clinics, consulting with a Supervising Physician only as needed-especially for pediatric cases if lacking prior
