A well-established neonatology practice in Long Beach is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist for a locum tenens assignment . This is a high-impact role providing 24-hour coverage in a busy neonatal intensive care setting, offering excellent earning potential and flexible scheduling for the right provider. Position: Locum Tenens Physician – Neonatology Schedule: 24-hour coverage shifts Coverage Type: Short-term locum assignment, open for immediate submissions Patient Population: Neonates from preterm to full-term infants requiring NICU-level care Clinical Environment: Level II/III NICU (typical staffing with neonatologists, advanced practice providers, and nursing support) EMR System: Standard hospital EMR (specific system TBD) Role Highlights: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative NICU team Manage acute and chronic neonatal conditions Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning Opportunity for flexible shift coverage and high daily/hourly rates

Requirements
