Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible: ABEM preferred but will accept FM trained physicians with strong ED

experience

, will accept ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM Certifications: If physician is FM residency trained or boarded or board eligible EM,

must have

ATLS, ACLS & PALS. If physician is EM board certified, must show proof of having ATLS at least once in their lifetime Licensure: Active Texas state license required to proceed
