The Role

As a Claims Coordinator - Freight Consolidation , you will be responsible for supporting the full freight claims process and providing customer satisfaction through accurate reporting and resolution. What You'll Be Doing Manage the entire freight claims process Complete all required reporting forms Process all claims for and against RLS Compile and report claim status updates Manage all returns to the cross-dock facility Coordinate customer dispositions of OS&D product, including trans-shippers and returns Ensure total customer satisfaction Maintain knowledge of claims rules and regulations Meet performance metrics as outlined by management Perform other duties as assigned teamwork is essential to getting the job done What You Need to Succeed Education: High School Diploma or GED
