CDL Driver CONDITIONS Position

Overview

About the position

Select's CDL driver operates heavy trucks and equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols. The driver collaborates closely with field teams to effectively manage water supply, transfer and /or disposal, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Functions

Monitors the maintenance and repair of the truck. Loads and unloads truck as required. Ensures the truck and driver are compliant with all DOT

requirements

. Maintains driver qualification records, time and driving records. Operates the truck in a safe manner following all Select's driving policies.

Possess a CDL license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select's insurance guidelines. May require additional endorsements such as the below: Hazmat Tanker Other

Physical Demands and Work Environment Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected. Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical. Must be at least 21 years of age. Reports to Manager, Trucking.

A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is essential, and this role may be subject to regular safety training and assessments.
