General Comments Unit Information: Angel Medical Center Location: Acute Care Address: Floor: 2 Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds - 30 • Number of Staff - • Type of staff: o Day Shift - ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 4-5 RN 2-3 PCT o Night Shift - 4-5 RN 2-3 PCT • Patient Ratios - Med Surg 6:1 occassionally 7:1 ICU (typically more step down than ICU patients) 4:1 Type of equipment - • EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care experience, • At least 1 travel assignment prior Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. • ICU experience • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • Thoracentesis, • Vents • A lines • Central lines • Dressing changes • Best personality Fit: • Outgoing, • Strong teamwork skills REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: • ACLS • NIHSS • BLS Floating Area(s): • ED Dress Code : • Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. • Shifts 7:00PM-7:00AM Weekends and On call(if any) • Every other weekend minimum expectations Show less Specialty RN - PCU
