World Sauna Group, a division of Bathing Brands, Inc., is a leading manufacturer of premium sauna and steam products serving customers across North America. As our Hutchinson facility continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable, hands-on Woodworker who takes pride in building high-quality products.

What You'll Do

As a Woodworker, you'll be part of the team that brings our saunas to life-assembling, preparing, and packaging products that support wellness and relaxation for customers across the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble sauna units and components using cut lists and technical drawings
• Measure and verify materials to ensure accuracy and fit
• Perform woodworking tasks including cutting, shaping, and product preparation
• Assist with material prep and workflow across production areas
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
• Cross-train in multiple production areas to support team efficiency
• Work collaboratively to keep production moving safely and accurately

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn the Woodworker role
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Woodworking experience is helpful, but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Starting pay: $22/hour (based on experience)
