Join a rapidly expanding independent wealth management firm. Known for its innovative approach and influential market presence, our client is seeking a motivated Associate Wealth Advisor to join their high‑performing team.
This role is designed for a finance professional who is eager to work at an independent Wealth Management Firm. You will work directly alongside senior leadership to provide bespoke financial strategies, ensuring a world‑class experience for a diverse and sophisticated client base.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisor Support: Partner with Lead Advisors to manage high-net-worth client relationships and execute complex financial planning initiatives.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and refine comprehensive financial plans, investment reports, and customized presentations for client reviews.
- Client Engagement: Active participation in client meetings, including capturing key takeaways, managing follow-up deliverables, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the client onboarding process and coordinate with the operations department to handle account servicing and portfolio maintenance.
- Research & Strategy: Perform market research and provide actionable recommendations regarding investment vehicles and wealth-building strategies.
- Professional Development: Maintain a deep mastery of financial planning software, investment products, and evolving market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced financial degree is highly desirable.
- Licensing: Active FINRA Series 7 and 65 (or Series 66) are required.
- Certification: CFP® designation is strongly preferred (or significant progress toward completion).
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in financial planning or wealth management, specifically working with high‑net‑worth (HNW) individuals.
- You should be a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
