We are recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker - Female to join our service in Barnet, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

About the Service - Ivy House Ivy House is a welcoming Supported Living Service in Barnet, supporting up to 7 adults with learning disabilities (currently 5 residents). Each person has their own individual room, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Our team supports residents to develop their independence and daily living skills, including shopping, budgeting, attending health appointments, and taking part in social activities. Located close to Barnet High Street, Ivy House offers easy access to shops, local transport (High Barnet Station - Northern Line), parks, and a local museum. The Role You will: Support residents with personal care and night-time routines.Ensure safety, security, and well-being throughout the night.Maintain accurate records and handovers.Respond to emergencies and follow safeguarding protocols.Provide emotional reassurance and promote independence where possible.
Who We're Looking For We're seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable. No previous experience?
