Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to provide top‑notch administrative support to our team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage email accounts, calendars, and other digital tools.
- Prepare and send documents, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.
- Enter and manage data accurately and efficiently; maintain organized digital and physical files; develop and implement systems for data management.
- Create and schedule social media posts; develop and maintain a content calendar; research and write articles, blog posts, and other content.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously; maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1‑2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
