Job Responsibilities:Manage daily villa operationsHandle and monitor booking systems (OTA, direct bookings, etc.)Communicate with guests before, during, and after their staySupervise and manage villa staff (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)Ensure cleanliness and high-quality standards of the villaManage operational needs (supplies, maintenance, etc.)Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfactionPrepare simple operational and financial reports? Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years experience in hospitality (villa/hotel preferred)Familiar with online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)Good communication skillsResponsible, honest, and able to work independentlyAble to manage a team English communication skills and other language is a plus?
