JOB DESCRIPTION:Ensure 100% compliance in the operations of STP, ETP and ZLD as per the requirement of CPCB / KSPCB. Experience in operation of water and wastewater treatment systems (includes Sewage Treatment Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant with ZLD, Water Treatment Plant, Rainwater Treatment Plant).Should have experience in operating HRSCC, UF and RO Processes.Experience in handling ZLD operations based on MVRE technology.Drive the concept of circular economy within Tata Electronics, with emphasis on Water and Wastewater; This will entail developing common framework, metrics, and guidance around water and Wastewater stewardship. Design, Operate and Maintain water and wastewater systems based on the concept of 4R.Experience in Operation and Maintenance of Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems of more than 500 KLD.

Experience in supervising operations of STP / ETP / ZLD with MVRE based and ensure performance parameters of the same are defined and adhered at all times.Prepare and evaluate Water, Wastewater and TDS Balance for assigned site and report deviations from set internal standards and targets on daily basis.To plan and develop water and wastewater utilization, recycle and reuse Policy and ensure deployment at manufacturing sites (company level).Implement a systematic approach to identify, manage, reduce, responsibly control disposal, and minimize waste to landfills from water and wastewater treatment plant operations.Shift planning and scheduling to ensure seamless management of compliance at site 24 X 7Drive the concept of circular economy within Tata Electronics, with emphasis on water and wastewater.Should have experience in operating Rainwater Treatment Plant of capacity > 500 KLD. Drive the concept of water replenishment to meet the Tata Group level target. Collaborate with other teams to reduce environmental risks, manage audits, and report compliance status to leadership.To review and audit compliance in alignment with legal mandates, permits and regulations.Ensure visit and co-ordination with local Pollution control board offices / relevant departments and ensure communication and brand image handling with local authorities.Ensure water and wastewater is managed at the site as per the requirements of CPCB / KSPCB requirements.Implement initiatives for water consumption and wastewater generation reduction and drive programs for continual improvement and provide awareness to employees of all level about water and wastewater.Please note - Kannada Proficiency-Read and Write
