Travel Operations Manager

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law Firm seeking to add an experienced Travel Operations Manager to their team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general travel coordination and serve as a point of contact for routine travel-related inquiries.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of travel guidelines, tools, and procedures.
• Liaise with travel vendors, internal departments, and administrative teams to facilitate consistent service delivery.
• Monitor travel requests and related workflows to help ensure accuracy and alignment with firm expectations.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and improvements in the travel process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
• 4+ Years of Travel Management within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Comfort working with travel systems, internal platforms, and external service providers.
