Job Description
Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end travel and accommodation arrangements (flight bookings, hotels, local transportation, and travel itineraries).Evaluate and select travel options to ensure cost and time efficiency.Handle travel documents and formalities, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and required permits.Ensure all travel processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations (immigration, customs, etc.).Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties (travel agents, airlines, hotels, embassies, etc.).Handle travel changes or issues such as rescheduling, cancellations, and emergency support.Manage travel administration, including expense reports, reimbursements, and supporting documentation.Maintain and implement SOPs related to travel and formalities. Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.Minimum 3 years of experience in travel management, travel coordination, formalities or related administrative roles.Strong understanding of visa processes and international travel documentation.Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Experience with booking systems or travel management tools is an advantage.Willing to work outside regular working hours when requiredWilling to be hired under a third-party arrangement.
