Travel Consultant

WNS is hiring for Travel Consultant (IATA Freshers Welcome!)

We are looking for enthusiastic IATA-certified freshers to kickstart their career in the travel industry!

Role: Travel Consultant Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts) Week-offs: 2 rotational week off Work Environment: 24x7 operations

Key Responsibilities: To Handle customer interactions via chats, email, and calls. Assist customers with travel related queries and bookings. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer requests.Required Skills: IATA or Any Diploma in travel & tourism Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus. Comfortable to work in 24/7 shifts including Night Shifts.
