- 40 hours position Monday through Friday
- 8am-4:30pm, flexible with weekend shifts and holidays.
- Job Requirements
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position, within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- Both NURSYS and BON are required for nursing licenses.
- Schedule Information

- Additional Details
- AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military BLS accepted; Brigham & Women's Faulkner, Cooley Dickinson, Nantucket Cottage hospitals prefer AHA, will accept Red Cross; Salem accepts ONLY AHA.
- N95 fit test within 365 days to start date and updated annually; no fit testing onsite; must use MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form.
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
- Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity or declination.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 15); no exemptions allowed.
- Documentation of TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Physician statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
- Two references within 4 years, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset, required for submission.
- MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
- MGB Education Verification required.
- MGB SSN Trace required.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check required.
- MGB Exclusion Checks required.
- MGB TB Symptom Survey required if positive PPD.
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility.
