Job Requirements : Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or HR Management.Min. 1 year experience in People or Organization Development (Strong knowledge of HR systems, SOPs, and corporate policies).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Strong Leadership, analytical skills and highly detail-oriented. Job Descriptions : Collect information on core values by conducting surveys; analyze survey results and develop program plans; calculate budget estimates and identify program vendors; handle administrative tasks (proposals, scheduling) and coordinate program implementation; design and evaluate program effectiveness; compile and prepare reports on core value activities; ensure programs run effectively and achieve the desired impactDeveloping content plans for social media, coordinating with the Design team regarding content to be posted, and ensuring that all social media content aligns with the company’s core values and business needs.
Analyzing and evaluating ongoing core value initiativesCoordinate the implementation of Biweekly Meetings, Pre-Coordination Meetings, Coordination Meetings, and Post-Coordination Meetings for the BOM; compile and prepare meeting minutes (MOM) for Pre-Coordination, Coordination, and Post-Coordination Meetings of the BOMCoordinate the implementation of the Half-Year and Fiscal BSC audits for employees; conduct the audit process for each employee’s Half-Year and Fiscal BSC achievements; prepare reports and evaluate the results of the Half-Year and Fiscal BSC audits for all employeesCoordinate the implementation of performance evaluation briefings for department heads; distribute performance evaluation forms to all department heads; prepare reports on employee performance evaluation resultsCollect information for training needs analysis; create a one-year Training & Development Calendar of Events, including budget estimates and vendor lists; handle administrative tasks (proposals, scheduling) and coordinate the implementation of training and development programs; design and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs; and coordinate the transfer of knowledge gained from training to ensure that training (in-house/external) and development programs run effectively and deliver the expected impactPreparing reports on the effectiveness of training activities (internal/external)Performing other tasks assigned by superiors (including project-based tasks) for the benefit of the company
