Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Training Content & Resources Manager to develop, maintain, and improve companywide training materials and learning resources. This role supports consistent onboarding, operational training, compliance requirements, and ongoing employee development across the organization.
This position will partner with corporate leadership, field leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, accessible, engaging, and aligned with company policies, procedures, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, guides, presentations, e-learning content, and resource documents.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives by creating clear, consistent, and user-friendly resources.
- Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to identify content needs, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Organize and manage training content to ensure materials are current, accessible, and aligned with company standards.
- Assist with the development of in-person and e-learning resources, including content created in Rise 360 or similar platforms.
- Review feedback and update training materials as needed to improve clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Ensure training resources align with company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and operational expectations.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, or coordinating training content, learning resources, instructional materials, or e-learning support tools.
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience creating or maintaining training materials, job aids, guides, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Experience with e-learning tools preferred; Rise 360 experience is a plus.
- Ability to translate policies, procedures, and operational processes into clear training resources.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, field operations, and subject matter experts.
