Senior Level - Civil Tender Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:End-to-end handling of civil tenders including technical & commercial evaluationStrong expertise in BOQ, quantity take-off, costing & rate analysisTender stage resource planning and sub-vendor coordinationPreparation and review of estimation reports and bid submissionsCoordination with internal departments and clients during tender stagesStrong leadership, negotiation, and team management skillsProficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MSP
Middle Level - Civil Tender Engineer
Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities:Preparation of accurate and competitive estimatesGood knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, costing & quantity take-offTender stage resource planning and sub-vendor coordinationSupport technical & commercial tendering activitiesVendor follow-up and subcontractor coordinationProficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MSP
Junior Level - Civil Tender Engineer
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of estimates and tender documentsBasic knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis & quantity take-offSupport in documentation and tender submission activitiesGood Excel skills and eagerness to learn
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in building, commercial, hospital, industrial, or infrastructure projectsStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlinesTamil Nadu candidates preferred
