Responsibilities Define, manage and communicate updates on roadmaps of high profile RBCCM projects (including Reconciliations, Architecture, Standard Technical Services, etc.).

Communicate and manage various stakeholders; manage backlog and communicate feature requests to Developers. Organize and prioritize development of features; manage and report key KPIs to Project Management Office. Provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals, driving performance management, supporting career development, and rewarding strong performance; foster development of skills within the team.

Qualifications Technical diploma experience as a Project Manager. Experience working with technical teams (Developers/Quality Engineers/Business Analysts). Strong strategic thinking and leadership for continuous improvement; clear guidance and setting standards; monitoring and measuring progress; managing risks.

Accurate execution and delivery commitment; proactive, resourceful problem solver. Planning with strategic mindset and execution with ownership to deliver best outcome within constraints. Excellent documentation, attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong ownership of work.

Nice‐to‐have Experience with startups or fintech. Compensation Salary Range: CA$ 90,000 – CA$ 120,000 per year. Additional Information TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
