Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to assist with brainstorming and planning project execution and delivery. The role entails scheduling and designation of project tasks, execution of project phases, budget management, and stakeholder communication. The candidate should have a sound foundation in infrastructure and architecture, and strong knowledge of project management tools (Scrum/Agile, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and plan project execution and delivery.
- Schedule and designate project tasks to team members.
- Execute each phase of the project.
- Manage the project budget.
- Communicate with all stakeholders.
- Operate with a solid understanding of infrastructure and architecture.
- Use project management tools and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
- Own planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and the execution of sprints.
- Remove blockers and navigate challenging situations to keep projects moving forward.
- Ensure teams build using modern practices and tools; drive change across the development community and foster operational excellence.
- Mentor and grow team members and create an environment of accountability.
- Operate successfully in ambiguous environments.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing the lifecycle for a complex cross-functional program with long-term impact.
- 7+ years of experience establishing collaborative relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and support teams.
- 7+ years of experience defining and organizing programs, outlining tenets, analyzing data, driving performance improvements, and influencing resource allocation from ideation to delivery.
- 6+ years of experience fostering engineering excellence and innovation.
- 6+ years of experience working with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs.
- Understanding of service level agreements (SLA) and how systems perform relative to them.
- Understanding of telecommunications and contact center systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services.
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) experience/knowledge.
- Ability to plan, run standups, demos, and retrospectives; manage sprint execution and unblock blockers.
- Contribute to a self-reporting, error-resilient environment by identifying root causes of incidents.
- Mentor and grow people; promote accountability and high performance.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Compensation and Benefits
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($x - x/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
