About the role As a Technical Project Manager at Epiroc, you will lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through deployment, coordinating engineering, product, operations, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. You will manage scope, schedules, risks, and execution activities while maintaining strong communication and alignment across the organization. Work Type Hybrid Shift Timings Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM (Supports global teams; requires flexibility) Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional project planning, scheduling, and delivery efforts.
Manage project scope, risk, timelines, and dependencies. Coordinate engineering deliverables across software, hardware, firmware, and systems teams. Facilitate project meetings, phase‑gate reviews and attend sprint reviews, and stand‑ups.
Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and project reporting. Ensure compliance with PDLC processes and documentation standards. Collaborate with Deployment/Operations teams to ensure readiness for customer rollout.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure consistent communication. Knowledge/Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate complex work across multiple teams. PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial technology. Experience with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools. Experience in industrial, robotics, automation, IoT, or safety‑critical software domains.
