Hiring: Technical Program / Project Manager (Data Engineering) Location: Indianapolis, IN Work Mode: Onsite from Day 1 Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract We are looking for an experienced Technical Program/Project Manager with a strong background in Data Engineering to lead and drive enterprise‑scale data initiatives. Key Skills: Program / Project Management Snowflake Databricks Data Warehousing ETL / ELT Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Agile / Scrum Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Data Engineering and Analytics programs. Manage cross‑functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, QA, and Business Stakeholders. Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Oversee cloud data modernization, migration, and transformation initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Qualifications: 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience. Strong understanding of modern Data Engineering ecosystems. Experience working with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
