Your Impact

You will lead multiple teams to deliver complex AI and automation projects that improve our internal workflows. Your role involves guiding teams through agile practices, removing obstacles, and ensuring that our technology solutions align with business needs. You will mentor team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and integrate artificial intelligence tools to optimize our performance.

Success in this role means driving clear communication, fostering collaboration across departments, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance our infrastructure capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple agile teams and manage large-scale project deliveries.
• Practical experience working with public cloud service providers to deploy and manage infrastructure.
• Proven ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple large, complex features or initiatives concurrently across different teams.
• Detailed understanding of enterprise software development and/or infrastructure processes and lifecycle, ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure and application monitoring systems to ensure system stability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in agile methodologies or scaling frameworks.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members on agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience in leading or contributing to large projects, including software development, platform/infrastructure support, and operations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise IT, automation, or data analytics.
• Experience in systems analysis and data reporting to drive informed decision-making.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
