Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer inquiries via support tickets and live chats • Facilitate 1:1 and group training calls • Resolve issues in collaboration with the Engineering team • Analyze customer feedback for actionable insights • Update Help Centre articles and educational materials
Requirements: • 2+ years in a technical customer support role • Comfort in leading small group training sessions • Familiarity with customer support tools like Intercom • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
