Job Description
We're looking for Teamcenter Support candidates with 3-6 years of hands on experience in L1/L2 support and basic understanding of Production servers, TC Architecture and modules.ResponsibilitiesHands-on experience in Teamcenter Support, TC Modules like Change Management, Workflows, Organization, Access Manager, Preferences.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier architecture, Active Workspace, and BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE)CAD/Application Integration: Support CAD integrations (e.g., NX, Catia) and external system integrations, such as ERPL1 Support: Handles basic login issues, navigation, and simple workflow troubleshooting based on SOPs.L2/L3 Support: Focuses on deeper system configuration, customization, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization Login creation, user account creation (L1/L2), Teamcenter Architecture 4T/2TTroubleshooting production servers, data models, and integrations
