Job Description
We're looking for a highly research-driven Leadership Sourcing Specialist to anchor global talent sourcing for senior and leadership roles across functions (Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Operations).
This is a pure sourcing role with a strong headhunting mandate - focused on market intelligence, talent mapping, and first-level engagement with senior leaders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
What you'll do:Lead proactive headhunting efforts for senior and leadership talent globallyIdentify and engage passive candidates through targeted, insight-led outreachPartner with recruiters and stakeholders to define search strategy and target talent poolsOwn the first interaction with leadership talent - building credibility and interestBuild and continuously refine high-quality leadership/Senior talent pipelines
What we're looking for:5+ years in executive search / leadership sourcing (pure sourcing focus preferred).Proven track record in sourcing senior functional leadersDeep expertise in market mapping, Boolean search, and talent research methodologiesProven ability to engage passive candidates through primary sourcing and outreachStrong understanding of global talent dynamics and leadership hiring practicesExcellent communication skills with confidence in first-level candidate conversationsHigh ownership, curiosity, and a research-first mindset
