We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build a high-performing team across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Accounts, and Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringManage end-to-end recruitment process.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and social media.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Follow up with candidates until joining.Build and maintain a strong candidate database.OnboardingComplete joining formalities and documentation.Coordinate employee induction and onboarding.Maintain employee records and personnel files.HR OperationsMaintain attendance and leave records.Support payroll coordination.Assist in employee engagement activities.Handle employee exit formalities.Key Result Areas (KRA)RecruitmentClose open positions within agreed timelines.Hiring QualityEnsure suitable candidates are hired as per role requirements.Joining RatioMaintain minimum 80% joining ratio of offered candidates.Candidate PipelineBuild a continuous talent pool for future hiring needs.DocumentationEnsure 100% employee records are updated and maintained.Key Performance Indicators (KPI)4-8 successful hires per month.100+ candidate screenings per month.40+ interviews coordinated per month.80%+ offer acceptance rate.80%+ joining conversion rate.Timely closure of all assigned vacancies.Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.1-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.Experience in sales hiring preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and MS Excel.Preferred ExperienceReal Estate RecruitmentSales HiringStartup or SME EnvironmentCompensation 25,000 - 40,000 per month + Performance IncentivesWork LocationChattarpur, South Delhi (Work From Office)
