$64.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 6 month contract

Pay: $64-$70/hr.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on entitlement management, order fulfillment, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about improving systems and processes that support software and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage entitlement modifications including ownership transfers, contract/term adjustments, contact updates, cancellations, and serial number changes across internal systems.
• Ensure data integrity for software and support services within applicable platforms.
• Generate and maintain operational reports, charts, and performance metrics.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product and program launches.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Handle EDI purchase order submissions and sales order bookings, resolving issues with partners as needed.
• Administer Not For Resale (NFR) and non-standard evaluation entitlement processes.
• Fulfill software and support service orders, including backlog management in SAP, entitlement generation, and timely customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Operations, Finance, or Business IT.
• 2+ years of experience in operations; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
• Understanding of industry trends and technologies such as web services for EDI ordering.
