Daniels Health is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of the supply chain.
Base pay range
$91,121.00/yr - $121,233.00/yr

Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to customer locations. This includes coordinating with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, forecasting inventory, managing billing, and ensuring efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Supply Chain team, ensuring they have necessary skills
- Maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory projections and incorporate sales pipeline forecasts
- Identify shortages and place orders to maintain minimum inventory par levels
- Develop and implement systems, process improvements, and strategies to improve overall operations
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor supplier orders to maintain inventory par levels and cost effectiveness
- Coordinate with billing team to accurately bill customers for accessories purchased
- Coordinate with local business units to track stock orders and transfers
- Review supplier invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Implement improvements to efficiency and inventory projections
- Resolve issues in warehouse inventory management system
- Develop KPIs to measure team performance
- Implement changes as necessary based on improvement areas
- Work closely with Implementation Project Managers & Director of Installation to ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide regular inventory updates to Senior Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership within supply chain management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to learn and utilize new computer programs
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced growth environment
