Job Description Supply Chain Graduate Apprenticeship Location: Prestwick, Ayrshire Hours: 37 hours per week (half day Friday) Type: Fixed Term (4 years) Travel Required: Occasional Work Location: Site based (100%) Security Checks: BPSS, Disclosure Scotland, pre‑employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing) Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available); appointments are subject to pre‑employment checks, and we welcome applications from all backgrounds. How you will contribute to the team Support procurement activity, gaining exposure to supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and purchasing tools to support operational delivery Assist in managing materials, including bill of materials updates, schedule changes and impact analysis Maintain communication with internal teams and suppliers to support delivery and supply chain performance Requirements for the role 4 Highers at Grade B or above including Mathematics and English An understanding of supply chain, business or commercial principles Confidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) An interest in procurement, materials management and manufacturing operations What we will offer you 37‑hour working week (half day Friday) Defined contribution pension (4% employee / 8% employer) 33 days annual leave (rising with service) Annual bonus linked to company performance Life assurance (4× basic salary) Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support Professional development and training opportunities Free onsite parking What happens next If you’re ready to start your career in Supply Chain and gain a recognised degree alongside practical experience, apply today.
