Laminar is entering a period of rapid, high-stakes growth. We’re looking for a highly hands-on Supply Chain & Fulfillment Specialist to join the Operations Team and own and execute our end-to-end supply chain. This role spans strategic coordination and day-to-day execution, from purchasing and vendor management to inventory tracking, packing, and international shipping.This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to ensure things run smoothly.What You Will OwnSupply Chain & PurchasingOwn procurement processes: sourcing, ordering, and replenishment of materials and productsBuild and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendorsNegotiate pricing, lead times, and terms where appropriateTrack purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveryWork closely with technical teams to identify vendors for upcoming projectsInventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records across systems and physical stock in our Katana MRP systemMonitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstockConduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepanciesImprove inventory tracking systems and processes over timeWork closely with the Deployments team to anticipate customer needsVendor & Operations CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for suppliers and logistics partnersCoordinate production timelines and resolve supply chain issues proactivelyIdentify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and efficiencyFulfillment, Packing & ShippingAssist with (and often directly handle) packing and order fulfillmentPrepare shipments for both domestic and international deliveryManage shipping documentation, customs forms, and compliance requirementsWork with carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryAbout You2–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working in both strategic and highly hands-on environmentsExperience with inventory management systems or spreadsheets (e.g., Katana, Excel, etc.)Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes is a plusStrong communication skills for working with vendors and internal teamsOwnership mindset—you take responsibility and follow throughResourcefulness—you solve problems without waiting for perfect instructionsWillingness to be hands-on, including packing and shipping when neededAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, flexible to changing prioritiesBenefitsDirect impact on product and culture.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Transportation benefit, Health and Wellness benefit, and more.401k plan with employer matchingEquityCompetitive salary and bonus opportunities.Dynamic and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Access to Greentown Labs' extensive network of cleantech startups.Learn How We ThinkLearn about our startup journey: Our JourneyHow we're combating climate change: AI-Powered Climate TechOur pay ranges are established per Pave Compensation Software.

Our Interview Process1. Phone screen with Laminar Head of Ops or Recruiter (15-20 minutes)2. Intro call with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)3.
On-site interview, including short tour of GTL, overview of tech, and interview/presentation with the Hiring Manager and a few team members. Depending on the role, a skills exercise that should take no longer than an hour to prep, would be sent ahead of time. We record your skills exercise to share with any team members who could not join the interview and/or with Founder's ahead of their Founder's Interview.
If you are not local, we can conduct this virtually. 4. Finalists for Full-Time positions will have a Founder’s Interview in-person
Final steps: Two professional references are requested, ideally one from your current organization and one who served as your ManagerIf an Offer Letter is extended, a Background check is conducted
