Supervisor Appraisal

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.Holds a valid MAPPI certificate (mandatory).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property appraisal, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Proficient in property valuation methods and market analysis.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Job Description:Supervise and coordinate the appraisal team in conducting property surveys (houses, land, shop-houses, etc.) for collateral purposes.Review and validate appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.Provide guidance, training, and technical support to appraisal staff.Monitor work schedules, survey progress, and report submission timelines.Liaise with internal stakeholders (Credit Analysts, Reviewers, Relationship Managers) and external parties (customers, KJPP) to ensure smooth appraisal processes.Develop and implement improvements in appraisal procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.Prepare periodic reports on appraisal activities for management review.
