Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store revenue Assist customers (pet parents) with the right product selection (food, treats, toys, grooming) Upsell and cross-sell to increase average billing value Maintain excellent customer service and build repeat customers Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards Supervise and guide store staff (if applicable) Coordinate with grooming/spa team for customer appointments

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in retail sales (pet store experience is a plus) Strong communication and customer handling skills Basic understanding of sales and targets Comfortable with billing, POS systems, and inventory management Willing to work on weekends and peak retail hours Interest in pets and willingness to learn about pet products
