Responsibilities:Ensure the achievement of sales targets and provide input for store developmentProvide recommendations on sales strategies based on market conditions, customer data analysis, competitor analysis, etc.Conduct evaluations and analyses of target achievement, business activities, and business issues to improve sales productivityPerform control and monitoring functions across each storeConduct regular coaching and mentoring for areas or stores regarding issues and sales performance reviews Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the retail industry in a leadership positionProficient in using Microsoft ExcelStrong sales and marketing skillsGood leadership skills and a positive attitudeTarget-oriented, service excellence mindset, hardworking, and able to work under pressureFamiliar with sales KPI metrics
