Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented P2P Analyst to support and enhance end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and control integrity of the entire P2P lifecycle—from requisition through payment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the P2P control framework, driving process standardization, improving data visibility, and partnering cross‑functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to reduce risk and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- P2P Controls & Compliance: Lead the end‑to‑end P2P control program, including control monitoring and remediation; Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
- P2P Data, Metrics & Reporting: Develop and deliver P2P performance and control metrics; Build, analyze, and distribute periodic P2P reports; Perform periodic reconciliations, including GR/IR, Supply Chain Financing, and Virtual Card accounts.
- End‑to‑End P2P Process Support: Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to support upstream and downstream P2P processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive standardization across the lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Support transformation and automation initiatives, acting as a P2P SME to improve system performance, process efficiency, and data integrity.
- Exception Management: Resolve complex invoice and PO issues; Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, accounts payable, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of controls, governance, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and publishing Power BI dashboards.
- Experience building data models and combining data from multiple sources.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Experience with SAP ECC or S4 Hana.
- Experience with SAP Signavio.
- Experience with OpenText VIM.
- Process improvement.
- Data analytics.
- Effective communication.
The base salary rate for this role is $69,100 to $103,700 annually.
We offer a range of market‑competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness. The incentive pay is dependent on your role, business results and individual performance.
