Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This role partners closely with leadership to deliver effective HR solutions across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including direct support of leaders and employees
- Demonstrated experience across core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, and policy interpretation
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence, build trust, and partner effectively with leaders at multiple levels
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting unionized environments
- Experience in complex or fast-paced organizational environments
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 base
