Hiring Qualified CS Freshers Sr. Executive Enabling Area - Risk & Brand Protection Conflict Check - Internal Audit Location: Mumbai - Thane The Team The Conflicts team is a central team which assists the engagement team in the client and acceptance procedure. The team works closely with the business and function across service line to provide them evaluation of the conflicts.
The team works on the set procedures and policies provided by Global team. Your work profile Review of the Third-Party onboarding process followed by the Procurement Team/engagement teams Issuance of reports on completion of the quarterly testing. Review final communications sent to Procurement head/engagement partners/managers on completion of the testing.
Ascertain/follow up on action on the issues/exceptions. Communication of the results on the same (quarterly testing report). Issuance of quarterly communications basis testing completion.
Analysis of the same to ascertain reasons/root cause analysis for presentation of the same to the Leadership. Incorporation in the Quality and Compliance Dashboard for due consideration in the appraisal process. Inputs on firm wide communications/trainings based on issues/exceptions noted for enhancement of engagement teams knowledge.
Key skills required: Effective verbal and written communication skills Accuracy Ability to quickly turn around matters; Internal personal skills Must have minimum 1 year experience in Compliance and Risk Management Graduate/master's degree of any discipline Strong Command over English both spoken and written as a language
