Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and system enablers on memory fault management in systems (Reliability, Addressability, and Serviceability).
- Analyze large-scale datasets to extract outstanding insights and inform decision-making.
- Maintain a solid understanding of Micron products and customer platforms to ensure flawless integration.
- Continually acquire new skills and knowledge relating to memory, systems, and data analytics.
- Characterize and debug DRAM errors while providing feedback to internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to improve build and manufacturing quality.
- Leverage product datasheets and documentation to deeply understand product and system functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data/Statistical Analytics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Productive and efficient time management skills, leading to more effective work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for conveying ideas to customers and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the semiconductor field.
- Memory product engineering and/or system compatibility expertise.
- Proven Python coding experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted programming (Claude code, Roo code, etc.).
- SQL/Cloud Database processing experience.
