Job Description
Sr. Accounts Executive
Location: Infopark, Kochi
Qualification:B / M / MBA Finance
Experience:3–5 years of experience in AR, AP, GL
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA
Hiring Band: L2
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or General Ledger (GL) processes
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and journal entries
- Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain financial records, reports, and MIS data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B / M / MBA Finance)
- 3–5 years of experience in AR, AP, GL, or accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shift / US shift
